The new baby's Wonder hat (with nut-brown-maiden atop) was ready but we said we would not draw the face on until Sunday, to allow for Ninya and Michael to attend together the Michael & Alan "Perry Twins" 30-year veteran honoring (top designers at Games Workshop and the very first designers in that company to reach the 30-year mark). That event took place at the company headquarters here in Nottingham Saturday evening (a grand formal-wear affair).

Should tell you that the baby doesn't feel late. Ninya has had that wonderful pre-birth burst of sprucing up every nook and cranny in the house and garden, which unexpectedly culminated in two house viewings (the first viewings in weeks of the house being on the market). Now it looks suddenly very likely that they will give birth and move house in
the span of 6 weeks or so, thereby securing for Ninya a studio at home for her costuming; very exciting.

And we are drawing the face on that little nut brown maiden tonight before bed. We didn't do it before because we were supporting the reality of Ninya attending the Perry TwinsGames Workshop event... That happened last night and Ninya looked fabulous in black stretchy dress, very high high heels, sparkly and coordinated with her sparkly bolero, she looked stunning and dramatic with her full term bump!

Oh, Michael looked pretty dramatic too. He decided to wear his British Indian officer wedding outfit for the occasion, (Ninya made him to wed her 5 years ago...) Oh well, might as well add Ninya in her wedding dress (she made) since I don't yet have photos of her black dress last night!
